Our Experience
We design and manufacture custom decorative lighting, sinks, hardware, architectural details, POP display components and lots of other things. Looking at the Case Studies, you will see that we can help establish the unique identity of your project by contributing multiple decorative elements (a bronze door handle that ties in with an interior sconce which echoes themes from a large exterior sconce, etc.). Whether you are looking for a single piece or thousands of castings, we can do it.
Our Materials and Techniques
We have extensive experience working with aluminum, bronze, copper, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, pewter, wood, glass and plastics. We make patterns and molds in house; cast, bend, fabricate and finish metals; blow, slump and cast glass; vacuum form, slump and drape form plastics. We specialize in environmentally sustainable materials and processes.
Design & Presentation
We can quickly design and create high-quality, professional, three-dimensional renderings for you to present to your client. We specialize in custom lighting, sculpture, cast metal sinks, hardware, tiles and other architectural details but we often have the opportunity to design and build other types of artistic elements as well. The hardest part is helping our clients understand our relative lack of limitations!
We can design alone or design in collaboration. We can take work from a sketch on a napkin or from a CAD file. We can take your designs and help tailor them for the manufacturing process that will produce them. We are flexible.
custom retail display fixture components
Eleek, Inc. has extensive experience designing and manufacturing the various components of retail POP display fixtures including metal and plastic castings, vacuum-formed plastics, signage, cabinetry and custom woodwork, structural castings and lighting. All work is custom.
custom castings and tooling
As a third generation patternmaker, Eric Kaster is uniquely knowledgeable and well connected in the world of castings. Eleek not only casts soft metals in-house and builds all types of tooling, but works directly with many different foundries and die casters in order to offer its customers the highest quality castings at the best prices. We have extensive experience in the replication of historic castings (usually architectural accents or pieces of light fixtures) as well as the design and creation of logos, ornaments, hardware, etc. All work is custom.
